Information for Presenters

Information for paper presentations:

All rooms to be used for paper presentations will be equipped with LCD projectors and PC laptops with Microsoft PowerPoint software. Paper presenters will have the opportunity to send presentation files before the conference to be uploaded to the appropriate laptop for presentation. More information will be sent by e-mail to presenters.

Information for poster presentations:

Posters will be attached to a paneled pegboard which allows for a maximum space of at least 4.5' high by 3.5' wide for each poster. We will provide push pins to attach the posters to the pegboard. Presenters should plan to mount posters by the beginning of the 3 PM coffee break on Friday in preparation for the poster session from 5:00 - 6:30 PM. The room in which the poster session will be held (314A) will be accessible to poster presenters beginning around 12:30 PM on Friday. Posters may be displayed through Saturday at 6 PM, by which time they must be removed.
