Exhibitor Information
We would like to invite exhibitors and publishers to participate in SLRF 2007, a prestigious and internationally renowned conference which brings together researchers in second language acquisition (SLA) from all over the world. It is the premier conference on SLA in North America providing a venue for established scholars and graduate students to present work on a wide variety of theoretical and empirical issues in SLA including cognitive, linguistic and sociolinguistic SLA research conducted in both laboratory and classroom settings.
Exhibitor sessions will be from 9 AM to 5 PM on Friday and Saturday, October 12th and 13th, with hour-long lunch breaks.
Setup will be from 8 AM to 10 AM on Friday and tear-down will be from 5 PM to 7 PM on Saturday.
Coffee breaks will be held in the same room as the exhibitor sessions in order to maximize exhibit traffic.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Exhibitors can sponsor a coffee break, the opening reception, and/or the banquet.
Sponsorship includes a full page ad and mentions in the program along with the posting of sponsorship information on official SLRF 2007 signage.
Staffing
You may send up to two representatives to staff your table(s); additional representatives will be required to pay the conference registration fee.
If you are unable to send representatives, you may still send an exhibit.
Additionally, SLRF can set up, tear down, and provide staffing for your exhibit at a rate of $15 per hour with a setup and tear-down fee of $50.

Shipping Display Materials
Exhibitors are responsible for shipping all materials to and from the conference location
(if SLRF provides staffing, we will also return your materials to you at your expense).
With your reservation confirmation, you will receive details regarding where your materials should be sent.
Please keep in mind that neither the Illini Union nor SLRF can be held responsible for damaged or misplaced shipments.
